Shipping starts on 13th of August.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (working days)

Deliveries are handled by shipping couriers and all the times below are estimated.

Your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

Delivery Options:

Untracked - This is a standard delivery service and has no tracking and email/SMS updates. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched only.

Tracked - This is a tracked delivery service and you will be given a tracking number which you can use to see the status of your delivery on the shipping couriers website.

UK (Delivered within 3-5 working days of being dispatched):

UK-Ireland (Delivered within 7 working days of being dispatched):
Untracked: GBP 2.50

Europe (Delivered within 7 working days of being dispatched):
Untracked: EUR 5.00

USA (Delivered within 12 working days of being dispatched)
Untracked: USD 6.00
Tracked: USD 11.00


Rest of the World (Delivered within 20 working days of being dispatched)

Problems in receiving your order?


Where is my order or has it been dispatched?

Please check your email account used to purchase your items to find your dispatched email. If you can’t find your email, try the following:

1 - Check you junk/spam folders

2 - Search your email by team@aflete.com or GraceFitUK or order number or name of items you purchased to find your email.


Why is my item taking longer than specified?

As all deliveries are handled by delivery couriers any delays are from them directly. The following reasons can cause a delay:

1 - Courier service is extremely busy leading to delays at their depot in scanning and processing all parcels.

2 - Your location may not be close to the central depot for deliveries which can add 1-2 days more for items to be received. The further you are the longer it takes by road for them to reach you.

3 - International orders can have a delay due to the items being checked at customs and passed to different facilities before making it to your address.


My order has been dispatched and not arrived?

If your order has not arrived please check with your neighbours and your local post office/depot. Often courier drivers do not leave a missed delivery card.


My tracking number is not working or saying pending?

If your tracking number is not updated, please be patient as it can time for it to update. Alternatively you can call the delivery company for an update (please see above). Once the delivery has left our warehouse we have no control over it.


Delivery Updates

You will be able to see the status on the tracking number. Each country and courier company provide different level of tracking, so you may not be able to see step by step delivery updates.
